SIGNATURE GUITAR RAFFLE Rules & Regulations!

Signature GuitarTickets go on sale July 1, 2017.  Ticket sales end on September 30, 2017.  Raffle Drawing Event will take place on October 15, 2017 on the Blues Cruise on the Star of Knoxville. Date and location of the Drawing Event are subject to change.  Need not be present to win.  Winner may be asked to present photo I.D. or the winning ticket.  There will be a total of only 500 tickets available at a price of $20 (twenty dollars) per ticket.  Tickets may be purchased by cash, check, credit card, money order or PayPal.  There is no limit to the number of tickets a person may purchase, as long as tickets are available.  All ticket sales are final, and there will be no refunds for tickets of any kind for any reason.  The odds of winning the prize are based upon the final number of tickets purchased at the time of the drawing.  Tickets may be purchased in person from a Board member with cash check, credit card, money order, or online at smokymountainblues.org via credit card or PayPal.  Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis.  Description of Prize: Smoky Mountain Signature Guitar; a custom made electric guitar by Rigney Custom Guitars with autographs by Blues guitar artists (go to smokymountainblues.org for list of signatures).  If necessary, the prize will be shipped to the winner (including insurance).  The winner of the prize is responsible for any and all taxes due on the prize.  Winner must provide all required tax information as required by the State of Tennessee, and the Federal Government.   The Smoky Mountain Blues Society makes no representation as to the actual or perceived value of the prize.  Members of the SMBS Board of Directors and Members of the Board at Large (as of June 1, 2016 and forward – to include everyone who has become a board member since that time), and their immediate family residing with them in the same household; paid advertisers; employees of the Tennessee Secretary of State or the State of Tennessee, and/or anyone donating any item(s) for the raffle are not eligible to win.  Winner agrees to the publication of their name and a photo with the guitar, in addition to an interview regarding the raffle.  Persons under the age of eighteen (18) as of July 1, 2017 are expressly prohibited from selling or purchasing tickets and similar records for this event.
