Once again the Smoky Mountain Blues Society is pleased to gather local musicians to celebrate Knoxville’s gone-too-soon stellar blues musician, Sara Jordan. And, once again, impresario Michael James has gathered a wonderful group of musicians to perform:

This event is not only a celebration of our local blues music scene, but it is a charity event for the Blues Foundation Hart Fund, which helps blues musicians who are in financial need due to health concerns. You can read more about it here.

Some folks think the Sara Jordan Birthday Bash is the best show we have all year. It is a JOY FEST and we hope you will join us.

Location is the wonderful sound room upstairs at Bluetick Tavern in Maryville. Bluetick offers terrific food and drink, so you can enjoy dinner and the show.

Tickets will be $20 for members and $25 for non-members. Tickets are sold only at the door only. Doors open at 4 pm. Show runs from 5-9 pm.
