SMBS Autographed Guitar Raffle Rules

1. To be eligible to purchase a Raffle ticket, you must be an individual person at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older as of the date of entry, and physically located within the State of Tennessee at the time of purchase.

2. Winner must present original ticket purchased with photo id to obtain the prize. No photo copies of tickets will be accepted. Purchaser need not be present at the Raffle Drawing to win.

3. A total of 400 tickets will be available to be sold at a single price of $25.00 per ticket or 5 for $100.00.

4. Only cash or credit cards will be used for payment. No personal checks. All ticket sales are final and there will be no refunds.

5. Tickets are first come first served and there is no limit to the number of tickets purchased. Tickets will sell as long as tickets are available up to the time of drawing on December 8, 2024. Ticket sales go on sale August 11, 2024.

6. Drawing will take place on December 8, 2024 at Bluetick Tavern during the SMBS holiday show. Date and location of the Drawing are subject to change.

7. Odds of winning are based upon the total number of tickets sold at the time of the drawing.

8. Tickets may be purchased at our events or from any of our SMBS Board members directly. 

9. The Smoky Mountain Blues Society makes no representation as to the perceived value of the prize.

10. Members of the SMBS Executive Board and members of the Board at large and their immediate family members residing with them in the same household; advertisers; employees of the Tennessee Secretary of State, or anyone donating item(s) for the raffle are not eligible to enter.

11. If necessary, the Smoky Mountain Blues Society will ship the prize and will pay insurance for shipping. The winner is responsible for all required tax payment and reporting.

12. Winner agrees to the publication of their name and a photo with the guitar, in addition to an interview regarding the raffle.
